摘 要:高温独立货罐温降性能是沥青运输船等船型开发设计的重要关注点。基于适当假设、热平衡微分方程、壁面传热特性和迭代法建立快速预报方法,对一型沥青运输船进行计算,应用CFD方法进行验证和对比。结果表明:快速预报方法具有工程适用性和一定保守性,温度梯度是造成2种方法计算结果差异的主要原因,实际温降数值应介于二者之间。快速预报方法可为高温独立货罐温降性能评估提供高效可靠的工具。Temperature drop performance of high temperature independent cargo tank is an important point of focus on developing and designing ships such as asphalt tankers.Establish a quick predicting method based on proper hypotheses,differential equation of heat balance,heat transfer characteristics of walls and iterative method,compute on an asphalt tanker,verify and compare by using CFD method.The results show:quick predicting method is applicable in engineering for predicting temperature drop performance of high temperature independent cargo tank,but also be conservative.Gradient of temperature is the main factor results the difference between two methods.Actual temperature drop value may between the two methods.The quick predicting method can be an efficient and reliable tool for estimating the temperature drop performance of high temperature independent cargo tank.
