摘 要:平台化共用被认为是控制成本的最有效方式之一。一般的平台化开发多针对动力总成、底盘、下车体等架构系统,而对于易被消费者感知的如仪表板等内饰系统,则鲜有平台化研究。企业的竞争优势一般来源于产品的差异化及成本,内饰系统平台化的难点正在于此。一方面不同车型的内饰系统需要通过差异化吸引消费者,另一方面一味的差异化并不利于企业控制成本。本文以仪表板系统为例,探索了一种平衡内饰系统差异化与成本的开发方法,将仪表板系统划分为五大功能区域,阐述各区域的核心功能及关键边界,并将这些边界与平台架构开发中的布置要素进行了关联。从而建立了仪表板各区域与布置要素的关联,得出了在不同车型之间,当布置要素变化时,可以灵活实现不同程度平台化的开发策略,为企业实现差异化与成本的平衡提供了思路。Platformization is usually considered as an effective method to control cost.Normally,platform development focus only on architecture systems such as power-chain,chassis,underbody,etc.However,for interior,such as instrument panel system,there are few researches about platformization since they are easily perceived by customers.Competition advantages for a company usually come from products'differentiation and cost,which is exactly the difficulty of interior platform development.On one hand,different models need different interior to attract customers,on the other hand these differences will result increasing cost.This article took IP system as an example,explore a development method try to balance the differentiation and cost.To do this,this article break IP in to five main function area,then systematically sorted out core function and boundary requirement for each area.Then connected these requirements with package element when developing platform.Eventually come up with a method that can lead to several development strategies flexibly for company to realize balance between differentiation and cost.
