摘 要:旋转质量换算系数是汽车动力性经济性的关键影响因子之一。准确获取该参数是动力学建模的重要前提,也是提升产品动力学性能的重要分析手段。本文提出在转鼓试验台上进行整车条件下的旋转质量换算系数测试方法,给出了对应测试原理和测试步骤,并以某手动挡燃油车为例进行了试验分析。结果表明测试精度较高:滚动半径测试精度达0.2%,旋转部件当量质量测试精度达4.2%,旋转质量换算系数测试精度达1.0%。Rotating mass conversion coefficient is one of the key factors affecting the power performance and economy of automobiles.Accurate acquisition of this parameter is an important prerequisite for dynamic modeling,and also an important analysis means to improve the dynamic performance of products.In this paper,a method of measuring the conversion coefficient of rotating mass under the condition of the whole vehicle on the drum test bench is proposed,and the corresponding testing principle and steps are given.An example of a manual fuel transmission vehicle is taken for test analysis.The results show that the measuring accuracy is high:the measuring accuracy of rolling radius is 0.2%,the measuring accuracy of equivalent mass of rotating parts is 4.2%,and the measuring accuracy of rotating mass conversion coefficient is 1.0%.
