摘  要:在中压直流船舶综合电力系统中,换流器是其关键组成部分,但随着船舶电力系统电压等级的提升,传统换流器已经不能满足系统的需求。模块化多电平换流器(Modular Multilevel Converter,MMC)作为一种新型换流器,可以代替传统换流器。首先对MMC的原理进行介绍,结合中压直流船舶电力系统的参数设计合适的MMC,并从子模块的电容电压波动、系统有功功率响应时间、抑制系统谐振和抑制系统内部环流4个方面对子模块电容和桥臂电感值进行选取,最后经过Matlab/Simulink仿真验证方案的可行性。In the MVDC marine integrated power system,the converter is the key component,but with the improvement of the voltage level of the marine power system,the traditional converter can not meet the needs of the system.As a new type of converter,modular multilevel converter(MMC)can replace the traditional converter.Firstly,the principle of MMC is briefly introduced,and the appropriate MMC is designed in combination with the parameters of the MVDC marine power system.The capacitance and bridge arm inductance of the sub module are selected from four aspects:the capacitance voltage fluctuation of the sub module,the response time of the system active power,the suppression of the system resonance and the suppression of the internal circulation of the system.Finally,the feasibility of the scheme is verified by matlab/simulink simulation.
