摘 要:以广西壮族自治区元宝山地区的稀果杜鹃、心基杜鹃种子为试验材料,研究不同浓度外源激素GA_(3)浸种处理对两种杜鹃种子萌发特性的影响。结果表明,经过不同浓度外源激素GA_(3)浸种处理后,两种供试杜鹃种子的萌发特性较未经外源激素浸种的对照组有明显变化,萌发时滞和发芽持续时间缩短且萌发高峰期提前,发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数均有不同程度提高。稀果杜鹃种子以800 mg·L^(-1)的GA_(3)浸种效果最好。心基杜鹃种子以800 mg·L^(-1)的GA_(3)浸种时,发芽率和发芽指数最高,以400 mg·L^(-1)的GA_(3)浸种时,发芽势最高。因此,采用GA_(3)浸种处理可有效改善两种杜鹃种子在自然条件下萌发效果不理想的情况。The seeds of Rhododendron oligocarpum and Rh.orbiculare subsp.cardiobasis collected from Yuanbaoshan area of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region were used as study meterrials to explore the effects of different concentrations of exogenous hormones GA_(3) on the germination of two species and soaked the species of the test Rhododendron in GA_(3) with different concentrations,furthermore,germination characteristic of them have been determined.The results showed that after treatment with different concentrations of exogenous hormone GA_(3),the germination characteristics of the two species of the test Rhododendron were significantly changed compared with the control group without exogenous hormone immersion,and the germination time lag and germination duration were shortened and the germination peak period was advanced.The germination rate,germination potential and germination index were improved to varying degrees.Germination indicators of the seeds of Rh.oligocarpum were relatively higher when treated with 800 mg·L^(-1).Rh.orbiculare subsp.cardiobasis species showed the highest germination rate and germination index when treated with 800 mg·L^(-1) and the highest germination potential when treated with 400 mg·L^(-1).Therefore,the use of GA_(3) soaking treatment can effectively improve the poor germination of two species of Rhododendron under natural conditions.
