基于CiteSpace和HistCite分析灵芝研究的热点和前沿

摘　　要：以中国知网(CNKI)和Web of Science核心合集中的灵芝研究文献为对象,运用CiteSpace(6.1.R3)和HistCite软件对20多年灵芝研究领域的文献进行图谱量化分析,通过对文献年度载文量、来源国家、学科专业、研究机构、引文编年图、关键词共现、聚类和突显等分析,梳理总结了灵芝的研究脉络、研究热点和发展趋势。结果显示:共得到灵芝研究领域的文献6 671篇,其中包括中文文献2 895篇、英文文献3 776篇;发文量年度分布中文文献总体呈现先升后降的趋势,英文文献总体呈现上升的趋势;以中国及中国机构发文为主,表明中国在该领域得到较好的发展。该领域相关研究学科专业集中在中药学、农作物、轻工业手工业,研究热点领域为活性成分、药理药效机制、工艺优化,保健产品等方面。未来发展趋势主要是产品开发以及灵芝重要活性成分作用机制的探究。通过本文系统梳理能够为拓宽灵芝研究视野提供参考,并为灵芝在国内外市场的进一步发展提供科学依据。This paper used CiteSpace(6.1.R3)and HistCite to quantitatively analyze the past 20 yearsresearch literature in the field of Ganoderma lucidum,with the literature on G.lucidum studies in CNKI and Web of Science as the object,through the annual publication volume,country of origin,discipline specialization,research institution,citation chronology,keyword co occurrence,clustering,and prominence of the literature,summarized the research context,research hotspot and development trend of G.lucidum.The results showed that a total of 6671 related papers were obtained,including 2895 Chinese papers,and 3776 English papers.With the chang of time,Chinese papers'number showed fist rise and then descend trend,while English papers'number showed a rise trend.China and Chinese institutions as the main research unit that showed China has made good progress in this field.The research focus areas were traditional Chinese medicine,crops,light industry handicrafts,which hotspots were mainly active ingredients,pharmacological and pharmacodynamic mechanisms,process optimization,health care products,etc.The future development trend was mainly in the product development and the action mechanism of the important active ingredients.It could provide reference for broadening the research horizon of G.lucidum and provide scientific basis for further development in the domestic and foreign markets through this paper.
