摘　　要：新冠恢复期血浆(COVID-19 Convalescent Plasma,CCP)中的有效成分能作用于新冠病毒。虽然CCP治疗效果尚存争议,但在特定的环境下对于患者救治具有积极意义。其作为一种特殊的血液制品,采集和临床治疗不同于常规成分血,除了供应受限,还要考虑采血和临床用血护理和救治中涉及的社会学、伦理学等问题。本文简要综述了新冠病毒恢复期血浆作用机制,CCP的疗效和采集、供应面临的问题,为CCP的临床治疗提供相关的参考与建议。The effective components in COVID-19 convalescent plasma(CCP)can act on SARS-CoV-2.The therapeutic effect of CCP is still controversial,but it has positive significance under specific circumstances.As a special blood product,its collection and use for clinical treatment are different from those of conventional blood components.In addition to limited supply,sociological and ethical issues involved in blood collection,clinical care and treatment should also be considered.This article briefly introduces the mechanism of action of CCP,the current situation of CCP treatment,collection and supply,and provides relevant suggestions for the clinical treatment with CCP.
