摘 要:随着社会发展和变革速度的不断加快,心理压力激增和适应力弱导致大学生心理问题愈加突出,大学生心理健康教育是高等学校不可或缺的重要教育内容。面对西式心理教育效果不佳并不断受到质疑的窘境,深入剖析儒家优秀文化,发现其蕴含的积极入世、中庸之道、仁和之义、坚韧不拔及珍爱生命思想,对于提升大学生心理健康教育成效具有重要意义。因此,可以从课程、文化、实践及媒体等方面出发,探求儒家文化与大学生心理健康教育融合之道,在弘扬儒家文化的同时,助力大学生心理健康成长。With the accelerating pace of social development and change,the psychological problems of college students are becoming more and more prominent due to the sharp increase of psychological pressure and weak adaptability.The mental health education of college students is an indispensable and important education content in colleges and universities.In the face of the dilemma that the effect of western-style psychological education is not good and is constantly questioned,it is of great significance to improve the effectiveness of college students mental health education by deeply analyzing the excellent Confucian culture and revealing its positive participation in the world,the doctrine of the mean,the meaning of benevolence and harmony,perseverance and cherishing life.Therefore,it is necessary to explore the integration of Confucian culture and college students mental health education from the aspects of curriculum,culture,practice and media,so as to promote the healthy growth of college students psychology while carrying forward Confucian culture.
