摘 要:深圳某建筑为形体不规则超限高层建筑。运用盈建科、ETABS和ABAQUS等软件,对项目进行了整体计算、弹性时程分析以及楼板应力分析,对结构的关键构件和部位进行了有限元分析和抗震性能化设计。通过以上分析,对结构的薄弱部位提出了相应的抗震加强措施。分析结果表明此项目结构体系选择恰当,结构布置合理,能够满足相应的抗震性能目标要求;转换结构设计可实现抗连续倒塌的概念,节点受力满足设计要求,结构冗余度较好,具有良好的抗震性能。The building located in Shenzhen is an irregular high-rise building.YJK,ETABS and ABAQUS are used for overall calcula‐tion,elastic time-history analysis and floor stress analysis.Finite element analysis and performance-based design of key components are also accomplished using these kinds of software.Corresponding anti-seismic strengthening measures are proposed for the weak parts of the struc‐ture based on the analysis.The results show that the selection of the structural system and the arrangement of structure is appropriate,which can also achieve the objective performance of seismic;the design of transformation structure can realize the concept of resisting continuous collapse,and the stress of the joints meet the design requirements.In general,the margin of the structure is relatively abundant,and has good seismic performance.
