摘 要:广州某超高层部分框支剪力墙结构存在扭转不规则、凹凸不规则、构件间断和局部穿层柱等4项不规则项。介绍了工程的结构特点及概念设计思想的具体运用,尤其是转换层降板与转换梁相冲突的解决措施,进行了基于性能的抗震分析及关键问题分析,通过整体降低转换层结构标高、对重要构件包络配筋、提高底部加强区剪力墙配筋率、在转换构件中增设型钢、提高关键部位抗震等级、加强薄弱部位楼板板厚及配筋等措施,可达到设计预期目标。A super high-rise building in Guangzhou is a partial frame-supported shear wall structure with 4 irregular items,including tor‐sional irregularity,concave convex irregularity,component discontinuity and local cross-story columns.This paper introduces the structure characteristics of this project and the concrete application of conceptual design,especially the solution to the conflict between the transfer floor falling plate and the transfer beam,and conducts performance-based seismic analysis and key problem analysis.Through lowering the structural elevation of transfer floor,enveloping reinforcement of important components,increasing the reinforcement ratio of shear wall in bottom strengthened area,adding steel to transfer members,improving the seismic grade of key parts and strengthening the thickness and re‐inforcement of floor slab in the weak parts,the design target could be achieved.
