摘  要:以某水资源配置工程输水廊道为工程背景,对输水廊道顶部混凝土施工的模架支撑系统进行改进研究,采用液压升降移动模架系统替代传统落地式满堂扣件式钢管支撑,对比分析两种模架系统,重点介绍了液压升降移动模架施工应用要点。该工程实践结果表明液压升降移动模架系统比传统支模架施工效率高,可以有效降低人工成本;液压升降移动模架系统通过侧向油缸液压系统,实现支撑架体的自动下降脱模,同时通过轨道向前移动,快速实现工作面的转换。Taking the water conveyance corridor of a water resource allocation project as the engineering background,the improvement of the formwork support system for the concrete construction at the top of the water conveyance corridor is studied.The hydraulic lifting movable formwork system is used to replace the traditional floor-type full-hall fastener-type steel pipe support.The two formwork systems are compared and analyzed,and the key points of the hydraulic lifting movable formwork construction application are emphatically introduced.The engineering practice results show that the hydraulic lifting mobile formwork system is more efficient than the traditional formwork sup‐port system,and can effectively reduce the labor cost.The hydraulic lifting and moving mold base system realizes the automatic lowering and demoulding of the support frame body through the lateral oil cylinder hydraulic system,and at the same time moves forward through the rail to quickly realize the conversion of the working surface.
