摘  要:海洋环境中高温度、高湿度、高盐雾等因素严重地影响着电子元器件的可靠性,直接威胁舰船航行安全。以南海环境为例,通过分析并量化其海洋环境特征,针对某型连接器,开展湿热、盐雾和振动试验,综合分析得到了一种元器件海洋环境应用的可靠性建模分析和评价方法,对于开展类似产品的海洋环境适应性评价具有一定的参考意义。High temperature,high humidity,high salt spray and other factors in the marine environment seriously affect the reliability of electronic components and directly threaten the navigation safety of ships.Taking the South China Sea as an example,the wet-heat,salt spray and vibration tests are carried out for a connector by analyzing and quantifying its marine environmental characteristics,and a reliability modeling analysis and evaluation method for the application of electronic components in the marine environment is obtained comprehensive analysis,which has certain reference significance to carry out marine environmental adaptability evaluation of similar products.
