摘　　要：环境可靠性是通信终端产品非常重要的一项性能指标,在产品前期研发设计阶段均需要进行一系列的环境可靠性试验,而温度变化试验是其中必不可少的一项关键试验。对温度变化试验的目标、标准和程序进行了详细的分析研究,报告了温度变化试验在通信终端设备中的应用现状,给出了把控温度变化试验全过程的技术建议,可提高实验室环境可靠性试验能力,并为业界提供了参考。Environmental reliability is a very important performance index of communication terminal products,and a series of environmental reliability tests are required in the pre-design stage of product development,and temperature change test is one of the essential key tests.The objective,standard and procedure of temperature change test are analyzed and studied in detail,and the application status of temperature change test in communication terminal equipment is reported,and the technical suggestions for controlling the whole process of temperature change test are given,which can improve the reliability test ability of laboratory environment and provide reference for the industry.
