摘 要:在汽车使用12个月后,车内BSR异响问题逐渐成为异响问题中用户最先抱怨的典型问题,特别是门护板异响。汽车在研发时需要对该零部件的异响灵敏度开展全面验证,以及整车/系统内饰BSR异响问题排查。结合门护板卡扣振动耐久前后的台架试验结果,针对塑料卡扣耐久前后的异响灵敏度进行了研究分析,并提出了一种利用试验场随机路谱载荷转化为台架激励载荷来评价门护板振动耐久异响衰减的试验方法。After 12 months of use of the car,the indoor BSR issues of the car may gradually become the first typical problem for users to complain about in the abnormal sound problem,especially the abnormal sound of the door trim panel.In the development of the vehicle,it is necessary to carry out comprehensive verification of the BSR sensitivity of the components,as well as the investigation of the indoor BSR problem of the vehicle and system interior.Based on the bench test results before and after vibration durability of the door trim panel,the BSR sensitivity of plastic buckle before and after vibration durability is studied and analyzed,and a method is proposed to evaluate the BSR sensitivity of door trim panel vibration durability by converting random road spectrum load in test field into bench test excitation load.
