摘 要:针对水下装备可靠性设计与功能性能设计在设计方法、技术状态和工作进度等方面缺乏协同的现状,梳理了水下装备研制过程中开展的功能性能设计工作,分析了研制阶段需开展的可靠性工作;通过分析可靠性与功能性能的关系,给出了可靠性与性能协同设计流程和开展协同设计的要求,保证了可靠性与性能协同设计过程的规范化和有序化,有效地避免了研制过程中出现“两张皮”的现象,为提升水下装备的可靠性提供了解决途径。Aiming at the lack of synergy between reliability design and functional performance design of underwater equipment in terms of design methodology,technical status and work progress,the functional performance design work carried out in the development process of underwater equipment is analyzed,and the reliability work to be carried out in the development stage is analyzed.By analyzing the relationship between reliability and functional performance,the process of reliability and performance co-design and the requirements for co-design are given,which ensures the standardization and orderliness of the reliability and performance co-design process,effectively avoids the phenomenon of“two skins”in the process of research and development,and provides a solution for improving the reliability of underwater equipment.
