摘 要:现有的PZT-FBG电压传感器体积小、成本低廉、易加工和易批量生产,已成为目前运用最为广泛的压电材料。采用有限元方法改善PZT-FBG电压传感器的频率特性,通过初步计算谐振频率来选择最优的基本结构。结合仿真计算与实验验证,深入分析了压电模块尺寸参数、待测电压施加方式和压电模块堆叠PZT片数对传感器性能的影响规律。结果表明,对电压传感单元和光信号解调单元同时施加极性相反的待测电压,可以显著提高传感器输出特性的分辨率;PZT堆叠片数的增加能够提高传感器输出特性的分辨率,但也会降低传感器的测量准确度。最后提出相应的传感器传感特性改进方案,可为进一步改进该传感器及其他同类压电陶瓷传感器提供参考。The existing PZT-FBG voltage sensor has become the most widely used piezoelectric material because of its small size,low cost,easy processing and easy mass production.The finite element method is used to improve the frequency characteristics of PZT-FBG voltage sensor,and the optimal basic structure is selected through preliminary calculation of the resonant frequency.Combined with simulation cal-culation and experimental verification,the influence law of piezoelectric module size parameter,voltage application mode and PZT number of piezoelectric module stacking on sensor performance is deeply analyzed.The results show that the resolution of the sensor output charac-teristics can be significantly improved by applying opposite polarity of the measured voltage to the voltage sensing unit and the optical sig-nal demodulation unit respectively.The increase of the number of PZT stacks can improve the resolution of the sensor output characteris-tics,but also reduce the measurement accuracy of the sensor.Finally,the corresponding improvement scheme of sensor sensing characteris-tics is proposed,which can provide reference for further improvement of the sensor and other similar piezoelectric ceramic sensors.
