摘 要:远场涡流检测(RFECT)技术解决了涡流检测技术趋肤效应的固有缺陷,与其他电磁无损检测技术相比较,其在检测和表征深层隐藏缺陷方面展现出其巨大优势。针对远场涡流探头体积大、检测深度小的问题,设计了一种用于板材缺陷检测的新型远场涡流探头,探头最长边为7 cm左右,可以检测15 mm厚的铁磁性平板。通过有限元仿真对探头屏蔽结构的材料和组成进行了比较分析,得出了探头的最佳设计方案。通过缺陷检测实验验证了该探头的检测效果。对检测信号的缺陷识别和定量进行深入分析,结果显示,探头检测信号的相位与缺陷深度为二次函数关系,因此能够借助于检测信号的相位进行缺陷深度的定量分析。该探头在压力容器和管道埋藏缺陷的在役检测中具有十分广阔的应用前景。Remote-field eddy current testing(RFECT)technology solves the inherent defects of the skin effect of eddy current testing technology.Compared with other electromagnetic nondestructive testing technologies,it shows great advantages in detecting and charac-terizing deep hidden defects.In view of the large volume and small detection depth of the remote-field eddy current probe,a new type of remote-field eddy current probe for plate defect detection is designed.The longest side of the probe is about 7 cm,and it can detect fer-romagnetic plates with a thickness of 15 mm.The material and composition of the probe shielding structure are compared and analyzed through finite element simulation,and the optimal design scheme of the probe is obtained.The detection effect of the probe is verified through defect detection experiments.An in-depth analysis of the defect identification and quantification of the detection signal shows that the phase of the probe detection signal has a quadratic function relationship with the defect depth,so the quantitative analysis of the defect depth can be carried out according to the phase of the detection signal.The probe has a very broad application prospect in the in-service detection of buried defects in pressure vessels and pipelines.
