摘 要:提出了一种基于光纤布拉格光栅(FBG)和拾音器结构的局部放电(PD)超声传感系统,旨在高效检测电力变压器中的局部放电。根据理论和仿真分析,设计制作了材质为高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)和聚四氟乙烯(Teflon)的不同结构的拾音器作为放大装置。利用制作的变压器模型,对传感器的频率响应、距离响应和角度响应进行了一系列实验,并最终进行了局部放电超声检测并与参考压电式传感器进行了对比。实验结果表明:该传感器的角度响应的标准差小于0.4 mV,对接收波的角度几乎没有依赖性;且性能优于参考压电式传感器。在226 kHz的超声信号下,该传感器的最小可探测声压为160μPa,证明了其有效性。To efficiently detect partial discharge(PD)in power transformers,a PD ultrasonic sensing system based on fiber Bragg grating(FBG)and pickup structure is proposed.According to the theory and simulation analysis,pickups with different structures made of high-density polyethylene(HDPE)and polytetrafluoroethylene(Teflon)are designed and produced as the amplification device,using the produced transformer model,and a series of experiments of the frequency response,distance response and angle response of the sensor are conducted,and finally ultrasonic detection of PD is performed and compared with a reference piezoelectric sensor.The experimental results show that the standard deviation of the angle response of the sensor is less than 0.4 mV,there is almost no dependency on angle of the received wave,its performance is superior to reference piezoelectric sensor.The minimum detectable sound pressure is 160μPa under the ultrasonic signal of 226 kHz.Its effectiveness is proved.
