摘 要:针对当前医院内空气环境中的挥发性有机物(VOCs)检测流程复杂、方法单一、检测误差大等问题,研究设计了用于医院多组分VOCs气体检测系统。采用高精度光离子化传感器作为核心测量单元,利用微处理器自动控制气路测量单元的切换,测量气体经过100%甲基聚硅氧烷色谱柱实现组分分离。同时,对原始测量信号使用变分模态分解(VMD)算法进行信噪分离方法,实现类色谱仪的多组分辨识及浓度测量。在一定程度上降低了由其他非相关干扰组分气体所引起粗大误差和电磁干扰噪声,改善了被测气体组分的信号特征,对构建安全健康的医院环境测控系统具有重要的现实意义。Aiming at the problems of complex detection process,single method and large detection error of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)in the air environment of hospitals,a multi-component VOCs gas detection system for hospitals is studied and designed.A high-precision photoionization sensor is used as the core measurement unit,and the microprocessor is used to automatically control the switching of the gas path measurement unit.The measured gas is separated by a 100%methyl polysiloxane column.In the meanwhile,the variational modal decomposition(VMD)algorithm is used to carry out the signal-to-noise separation on original measurement signal,and the multi-group discrimination and concentration measurement of the chromatograph are realized.It also reduces the gross errors and electromagnetic interference noise caused by other unrelated interfering component gases to a certain extent,the signal characteristics of the measured gas components are improved,and has important practical significance for constructing a safe and healthy hospital environment measurement and control system.
