摘 要:空气耦合超声检测技术作为无损检测的研究热点,具有非接触、效率高等优点,常用于检测板内缺陷,但针对板面异物的检测应用较少。为探究板面异物对碳纤维板检测的影响,本文以水滴为例,通过仿真探究了水滴不同数量和位置对检测信号的影响,并根据仿真声场图对信号降低的原因进行解释说明。参照仿真搭建实验平台,对仿真结果进行实验验证。仿真实验结果表明:板面的异物不仅会减小检测信号的幅值大小,并且当异物位于接收探头下方时,会改变波的传播路径,使接收波形产生变化,本文研究为减小检测误差提供了参考。As a research focus of non-destructive testing,air-coupled ultrasonic detection technology has advantages of non-contact and high efficiency,and is often used to detect defects in board.However,the detection of foreign bodies on surface of board is rarely applied.In order to explore the impact of foreign body on surface of board on detection of carbon fiber plates,water droplets is taken as an example,the influence of different quantity and location of water droplets on detection signal is explored through simulation,and the reason of signal reduction is explained according to the simulation sound field diagram.The experimental platform is built according to the simulation,and the simulation results are verified experimentally.Simulation experimental results show that foreign bodies on surface of board not only reduce the amplitude of the detecting signal,but also change propagation path of wave when foreign bodies are located under the receiving probe,resulting in changes in the received waveform.This study provides a reference for reducing the detection error.
