摘 要:在氧浓度恒定的条件下,对极限电流氧气传感器在不同压力下测试数据进行分析发现,气压变化将导致传感器测量值与真实值存在测试误差较大。针对该问题,提出了极限电流氧气传感器低压条件下压力补偿方法,并进行了实验验证。压力补偿后发现,在15~95 kPa压力范围内,在10%~90%氧气测量范围内,传感器最大测量误差范围由-6%~3%减小至-1%~1%,极大地减小了传感器的测量误差,为传感器在低压环境中准确测量提供了实验依据,扩大了极限电流传感器的应用范围。Under the condition of constant oxygen concentration,the analysis of the test data of the limiting current oxygen sensor under different pressures finds that the change of air pressure will lead to a large test error between the measured value of the sensor and the real value.To solve this problem,the pressure compensation method of the limiting current oxygen sensor under low pressure is proposed and verified by experiments.After pressure compensation,it is found that in the pressure range of 15~95 kPa,the sensor is in the measurement range of 10%~90%of O_(2),and the maximum measurement error range is reduced from(-6%~3%)to(-1%~1%),which greatly reduces measurement error of the sensor,and provides an experimental basis for accurate measurement of the sensor in low-pressure environment.The application range of limit current sensor is expanded.
