摘  要:学说是行动的指南。一项正确的理论产生出来之后,关键还在于付诸实践。理论角色主体性的明确与否就成为有效实施的重中之重。鉴于此,为了确保《〈体育与健康〉教学改革指导纲要(试行)》的贯彻实施,以加快推进学校体育教育的发展,帮助教师形成教育理论的新视阈,构筑起教学实践的新行为,把认识变成能力,拟就其作一梳理评析、审视与领会,促使这一标准得到充分理解,以期更为完整地为其走入新时代学校体育教育提供支撑。同时为增强“纲要”实施的有效性提供方法,期望能为教师做好体育教学工作提供参考。Theory is the guide to the action.After the emergence of a right theory,the key point still lies in putting it into practice.And whether the subjectivity of the theoretical role is clear or not are crucial for the success of its effective implementation.Therefore,the implementation of The Guideline for Teaching Reform of“Physical Edu-cation and Health”(Trial)should be ensured,so as to accelerate the development of school physical education,help teachers form a new perspective on educational theory,create new behaviors for teaching practice,and turn the cognition into the ability.This paper is intended to analyze and examine the guideline comprehensively,so that it can be fully understood.It is expected to provide support for its entry into the new era of school physical educa-tion more completely.In the meantime,it provides methods to enhance the effectiveness for the implementation of the guideline,hoping to provide reference for teachers to do a better job in physical education teaching.
