摘 要:为减缓小菜蛾对Bt的抗药性,提高防效,以半夏提取物为增效剂与Bt进行混配,通过室内毒力测定,筛选二者的最佳混配比例。结果显示,72 h内,半夏提取物和Bt对小菜蛾3龄幼虫的致死中浓度(LC_(50))分别为388.354 g/L和0.0687 g/L。半夏提取物和Bt分别按LC25致死浓度进行不同体积比混配,毒力测定结果显示,复配比例为2∶8和1∶9时,毒效比率分别为1.32和1.36,均大于1.25,共毒系数分别为231和275,均大于200。半夏提取物对Bt具有明显增效作用,具有开发为Bt混配制剂的潜力。To mitigate the development of Bt resistance and enhance its efficacy against Plutella xylostella,Pinellia ternata extract was utilized as a synergist to mix with Bt.Through indoor toxicity testing,the optimal mixing ratio was determined.Results revealed that within 72 hours,the median lethal concentration(LC_(50))of Pinellia ternata extract and Bt for third-instar Plutella xylostella larvae were 388.354 g/L and 0.0687 mg/L,respectively.By combining Pinellia ternata extract and Bt in various proportions,toxicity tests demonstrated that at volume ratios of 2:8 and 1:9,the toxicity ratios were 1.32 and 1.36,respectively,both exceeding 1.25.Additionally,co-toxicity coefficients of 231 and 275 were observed,both surpassing 200.These findings highlight the substantial additive effect of Pinellia ternata extract to Bt,suggesting its potential application in the formulation of pesticide mixtures based on Bt.
