摘　　要：本试验旨在探究周龄、蛋重和季节对种鸡繁殖性能的影响,采用相关回归分析和单因素ANOVA检验对26~70周龄海兰褐父母代种鸡52批约1560万枚种蛋进行研究。结果发现:1)周龄与受精率、受精蛋孵化率和受精蛋健母雏率呈极显著负相关关系(P<0.01),受精率、受精蛋孵化率和受精蛋健母雏率间均呈极显著正相关(P<0.01);2)将蛋重分为A(51.0~55.9g)、B(56.0~64.9g)和C(65.0~70.0g)3个蛋重区间,其中,B组受精率比A组极显著提高2.00%(P<0.01),C组受精率比A组显著提高1.35%(P<0.05),B与C组受精率差异不显著(P>0.05);A组和B组受精蛋孵化率均极显著高于C组(P<0.01),A、B两组间受精蛋孵化率差异不显著(P>0.05);3个蛋重区间种蛋受精蛋健母雏率差异不显著(P>0.05);3)不同季节间繁殖性能无显著性差异(P>0.05)。综上所述,海兰褐父母代种鸡繁殖性能随着周龄的增大而降低,蛋重在56.0~64.9 g的种蛋繁殖性能最佳。To investigate the effects of age,egg weight and season on the reproductive performance of breeder layers,correlation regression analysis and one-way ANOVA test were used to study 52 batches of about 15.6 million eggs from 26-70 weeks old Hy-line brown parental breeders.The results showed that:1)A negative correlation was found between age and fertility,hatching rate and healthy female chick rate(P<0.01),and there was a significant positive correlation between fertility,hatching rate and healthy female chick rate(P<0.01);2)The egg weight was divided into three egg weight intervals:A(51.0-55.9 g),B(56.0-64.9 g),and C(65.0-70.0 g).Among them,the fertility in Group B was significantly higher than that in Group A by 2.00%(P<0.01),and the fertility in Group C was significantly higher than that in Group A by 1.35%(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in fertility between Group B and C(P>0.05);The hatching rate of fertilized eggs in Groups A and B was significantly higher than that in Group C(P<0.01),and there was no significant difference in hatching rate between Groups A and B(P>0.05);No significant difference in the healthy female chick rate of fertilized eggs was found between the three egg weight intervals;3)There was no significant difference in reproductive performance between different seasons(P>0.05).In summary,the reproductive performance decreases with increasing age,and the reproductive performance from the 56.0-64.9 g eggs is the most profitable.
