摘  要:脊髓型颈椎病(Cervical Spondylotic Myelopathy,CSM)的早期诊断可以帮助医生及时对患者进行干预、制定治疗方案,对患者的功能恢复有重要的临床意义,是脊柱外科近年来不断探索的一个方向。随着科学技术的进步,越来越多的新技术被应用于CSM的临床治疗,弥散张量成像(Diffusion Tensor Imaging,DTI)技术的出现使得对脊髓微结构的评估成为可能,DTI相较于传统的MRI有更高的敏感度,在预测脊柱脊髓疾病的预后中也发挥着重要作用。本文从临床应用角度对近年来DTI在CSM中的应用及技术进展进行综述,以期为CSM的临床诊疗提供参考。The early diagnosis of cervical spondylotic myelopathy(CSM)allows doctors to timely intervene with patients and formulate treatment plans,which is of great clinical significance for the functional recovery of patients.It is a direction that spine surgery has been exploring in recent years.With the advancement of science and technology,more and more new technologies have been applied to the clinical treatment of CSM.Diffusion tensor imaging(DTI)has made it possible to evaluate microstructures of the spinal cord.Compared with traditional MRI,DTI has a higher sensitivity and also plays an important role in predicting the prognosis of spinal cord diseases.This paper reviewed the application and technical progress of DTI in CSM in recent years from the perspective of clinical application,in order to provide reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of CSM.
