摘　　要：术中放疗(Intra-Operative Radiation Therapy,IORT)是指在手术中对患者瘤床、可见肿瘤或易复发转移部位进行单次大剂量照射的放射治疗。鉴于IORT在临床使用中的优势,其在国内外多种癌症的治疗中呈现快速发展的趋势,但国内尚缺乏对现有IORT设备的系统性研究。本文就目前IORT主要厂家的设备和技术在临床应用中的问题进行详细分析和介绍,为各医院和研发单位未来的采购和研发提供建议,推进IORT领域临床和医用设备的进一步发展。Intra-operative radiation therapy(IORT)is a single high-dose radiation therapy that is administered during surgery to the tumor bed,visible tumors,or sites prone to recurrence and metastasis of patients.In view of of its clinical advantages,IORT has shown a rapid development trend in the treatment of various cancers at home and abroad.However,there is a lack of systematic research on existing IORT devices in China.This paper analyzed and introduced the problems in clinical application of the equipment and technology of the main manufacturers of IORT in detail,and provided suggestion for the future procurement and research and development of hospitals and research and development units,so as to promote the further development of clinical and medical equipment in the field of IORT.
