摘　　要：气道管理是呼吸支持治疗的重要技术,气道处理不善可能导致机体损伤、脑缺氧,甚至死亡。术前气道评估环节是围术期气道管理的核心,也是目前国内外麻醉学界研究的热点问题及重点领域。本文对困难气道的评估指标、困难气道评估的专利技术、困难气道评估决策支持系统及其实现进行综述,旨在了解其技术发展,并对未来困难气道评估及决策的研究和应用提出建议。Airway management is an important technique of respiratory support therapy.Poor airway management may lead to body injury,brain hypoxia and even death.Preoperative airway evaluation is essential for perioperative airway management,and it is also a hot issue and key field of anesthesiology at home and abroad.This paper we summarized many difficult airway predictors,patented technologies of difficult airway evaluation,decision support system of difficult airway evaluation and its implementation in order to understand the technology development and give some advice on the research and application of difficult airway predictors and decision-making process.
