摘　　要：海洋战略性新兴产业是天然具备对外开放和全球视野的产业,通过积极融入全球产业链,适应全球化的发展规律和发展需求,参与国际分工,是海洋战略性新兴产业健康发展的必由之路。我国各类海洋资源开发利用前景广阔且部分海洋战略性新兴产业已形成集聚发展态势,为海洋战略性新兴产业融入全球产业链奠定了发展基础,但海洋战略性新兴产业国际化发展存在提出的时间短、国际协作机制不完善、政策支持不够成熟等问题,下一步,可从科技创新支撑、产业开发融合、人才体系构建、多元融资机制建立等方面制定适合我国海洋战略性新兴产业融入全球产业链的具体策略,推动海洋战略性新兴产业积极融入全球产业链,成为高水平对外开放的关键引领。Marine strategic emerging industries inherently possess an open and global perspective.To ensure their healthy development,it is crucial to actively integrate them into the global industrial chain,align with the laws and demands of globalization,and engage in international division of labor.China's diversified marine resources offer vast development and utilization prospects,showing a clustering trend of marine strategic emerging industries,laying a solid foundation for their integration into the global industrial chain.Nevertheless,there are challenges to their internationalization,including limited time,inadequate international cooperation mechanisms,and insufficient policy support.Therefore,it is essential to foster scientific and technological innovation,streamline industrial development,and formulate tailored strategies for China's marine strategic emerging industries to connect with the global industrial chain.These strategies should encompass the establishment of a robust talent system,diversified financing mechanisms,and proactive integration of marine strategic emerging industries into the global industrial chain,positioning China as a key driver of high-level opening to the outside world.
