摘 要:穿沁隧洞工程检修井位于强透水砂层中,该工程竖井防渗十分重要,竖井开挖前需要对井底和洞口进行高压旋喷灌浆加固。为了检验高压旋喷灌浆加固超深透水砂层的防渗效果,确定合适的施工工法、桩位布置和工艺参数,分别采用双高压三管法和MJS工法开展现场喷射试验研究。现场试验及检测结果显示,两种工法均可用于深度超过40 m透水砂层的防渗加固。采用双高压三管法时灌浆压力不宜小于40 MPa,喷嘴的提升速度和转速宜分别为5 cm/min、5 r/min,成桩直径宜为1 m,连续防渗体的桩间距宜控制在0.6~0.8 m。采用MJS工法时灌浆压力不宜小于40 MPa,喷嘴的提升速度和转速宜分别为2.5 cm/min、3 r/min,成桩直径可达到2 m,连续防渗体的桩间距宜为1.5 m。二者相比,MJS工法具有成桩直径大、施工效率高等优点,对于超深地层的高压旋喷灌浆加固可优先选用。The maintenance well of the Qinhe River⁃Crossing Tunnel Project is located in a strong permeable sand layer.The anti⁃seepage of the vertical shaft in this project is very important.Before the excavation of the vertical shaft,it is necessary to reinforce the bottom and entrance of the shaft with high⁃pressure rotary grouting.In order to test the anti⁃seepage effect of high⁃pressure rotary jet grouting on the rein⁃forcement of ultra⁃deep permeable sand layer,determine appropriate construction methods,pile position layout,and process parameters,on⁃site jet test research was conducted by using the double high⁃pressure three⁃pipe method and MJS method,respectively.The on⁃site test and inspection results show that both methods can be used for anti⁃seepage reinforcement of permeable sand layers with a depth exceeding 40 me⁃ters.When using the double high⁃pressure three⁃pipe method,the grouting pressure should not be less than 40 MPa,the lifting speed and ro⁃tation speed of the nozzle should be 5 cm/min and 5 r/min respectively,the pile diameter should be 1 m,and the pile spacing of the contin⁃uous anti⁃seepage body should be controlled between 0.6-0.8 m.When using the MJS construction method,the grouting pressure should not be less than 40 MPa,the lifting speed and rotation speed of the nozzle should be 2.5 cm/min and 3 r/min respectively,the pile diameter can reach 2 meters,and the pile spacing of the continuous anti⁃seepage body should be 1.5 meters.Compared to the two method,the MJS construction method has the advantages of large pile diameter and high construction efficiency,and can be preferred for high⁃pressure rotary jet grouting reinforcement in ultra deep formations.
