摘  要:以二苯砜为溶剂,利用亲核取代反应合成聚醚醚酮(PEEK),研究了高温下不同聚合时间对PEEK的结晶性能、热学性能、流动性能和拉伸性能等的影响。实验结果表明,PEEK的结晶度、结晶的完善程度、熔融温度和结晶温度随着聚合时间延长均呈逐渐降低的趋势,有利于热塑加工成型;PEEK的熔体黏度随着聚合时间的延长而大幅升高,聚合5.0 h制得的PEEK的熔体黏度比聚合3.0 h制得的PEEK提高约250倍,且聚合5.0 h制得的PEEK的力学性能最优,它的注塑试样的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率分别为99.7 MPa和32.7%。Polyether ether ketone(PEEK)was synthesized by a nucleophilic substitution reaction with diphenyl sulfone as solvent.The effects of polymerization time at high temperature on the crystallization property,thermal property,flowability,and tensile property of PEEK were studied.The experimental results reveal that with the increase of polymerization time,both crystal size and degree of crystallinity of PEEK decreased,the melting and crystallization temperatures also decreased,which are beneficial to thermoplastic processing of PEEK.In addition,the melt viscosity of PEEK increases significantly with the increase of polymerization time.Specifically,the melt viscosity of PEEK polymerized for 5.0 h increases by about 250 folds as compared to that of the PEEK polymerized for 3.0 h.It is found that PEEK polymerized for 5.0 h also possesses outstanding mechanical properties,the tensile strength and elongation at break of its injection molded samples are 99.7 MPa and 32.7%,respectively.
