摘 要:针对中国石油大港石化公司加氢裂化装置装填轻组分产品负荷高和裂化床层温升不均、冷氢量大等问题,使用HC-150LT型灵活性催化剂与HC-185LT型轻油型催化剂进行了级配优化,并开展了级配优化前后对比分析。对比级配方案优化前后两周期的实验结果表明,催化剂级配优化后明显改善了装置的产品分布:轻组分产量降低,重石脑油与航空煤油总收率达到64%;有效控制了5个催化剂床层的温升,改善了各产品的品质,明显降低了S、N杂原子含量。In response to the problems of high loading of light component products,uneven temperature rise in the cracking bed and large amount of cold hydrogen in the hydrocracking unit of PetroChina Dagang Petrochemical Company,the grading optimization was carried out using HC-150LT flexible catalyst and HC-185LT light oil catalyst,and a comparative analysis was carried out before and after grading optimization.The comparison of the results of the two cycles before and after the optimization of the grading scheme shows that the product distribution of the unit is significantly improved after the optimization of the catalyst grading:the production of light components is reduced,and the total yield of heavy naphtha and aviation kerosene reaches 64%.The temperature rise of the 5 catalyst beds is effectively controlled,the quality of each product is improved,and the content of sulfur and nitrogen is significantly reduced.
