BCE-H200催化剂在Hostalen ACP工艺生产膜料的工业应用

摘　　要：采用BCE-H200催化剂,在300 kt/a Hostalen ACP工艺高密度聚乙烯装置上生产了膜料树脂F5706P。利用GPC、熔体流动速率、旋转流变性能、力学性能等测试考察了催化剂和膜料树脂的性能。实验结果表明,BCE-H200催化剂装置适应性强,具有较高的催化活性、良好的氢调敏感性和共聚性能。与参比催化剂相比,活性提高49.2%,氢气单耗降低23.0%,丁烯单耗降低52.4%,所得聚合物粉料粒径分布更集中,大粒子和细粉含量明显下降。BCE-H200催化剂制备的膜料树脂具有优异的加工性能和力学性能,符合企业标准。BCE-H200催化剂可以替代专利商催化剂进行高性能膜料树脂的生产。BCE-H200 catalyst was carried out to produce the film resin F5706P on 300 kt/a high density polyetylene unit by Hostalen ACP process.The properties of the catalyst and the film resin were characterized by GPC,melt flow rate,rotational rheometer and mechanical strength test.The results show that BCE-H200 catalyst is suitable for the device with higher catalytic activity,better hydrogen response and copolymerization performance.Compared with the reference catalyst,the activity of BCE-H200 catalyst increase by 49.2%,the hydrogen consumption decrease by 23.0%,and the butene-1 consumption decrease by 52.4%.The particle size distribution of the resin powder is narrower,and the content of larger particle and fine powder decrease significantly.The film resin prepared by BCE-H200 catalyst has good processing performance and mechanical properties,which can fully meet the requirement of the customer.BCE-H200 catalyst can replace the imported catalyst to produce the film products.
