摘  要:BiVO_(4)具有带隙窄、无毒、环境友好和制备简单等优点,且常温下拥有优异的物理化学特性和催化活性,一直是光催化领域的研究热点。介绍了BiVO_(4)的电子结构、晶体结构及光催化机理,总结了BiVO_(4)的改性措施,包括微/纳米特殊形貌的可控合成、表面修饰、元素掺杂、异质结构建。综述了BiVO_(4)在降解有机污染物、分解水产氢、CO_(2)还原、脱硫等领域的应用进展,并对BiVO_(4)的未来研究方向进行了展望。BiVO_(4)has the advantages of narrow band gap,non-toxic,environmentally friendly and simple preparation,and has excellent physical and chemical properties and catalytic activity at room temperature,so it has always been a hot material in the field of photocatalysis.The electronic structure,crystal structure and photocatalytic mechanism of BiVO_(4)are introduced.Modification measures of BiVO_(4)are summarized,including controllable synthesis of micro/nano-special appearance,surface modification,element doping,heterogeneous construction.The application research progresses of BiVO_(4)in degradation of organic pollutants,decomposition of water for hydrogen production,CO_(2)reduction,desulfurization and other fields are reviewed.Finally,the future research direction of BiVO_(4)is prospected.
