摘 要:N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)作为一种廉价易得、性能优异的非质子极性有机溶剂,广泛应用于石油化工、医药制造、纺织工程、精细化工、高分子合成和膜生产等行业。但DMF有毒性且可生化性较差,很难仅通过生物处理去除。催化湿式空气氧化(CWAO)作为一种处理难降解有机废水的先进氧化技术,可有效降解废水中DMF。综述了近年来含DMF废水CWAO催化剂的研究进展,分析了催化DMF湿式氧化反应历程,重点讨论了活性组分、催化剂载体和金属-载体相互作用分别对DMF的CWAO性能的影响,并对DMF的CWAO降解面临的挑战和未来的研究方向进行了展望。As an cheap,easily available and aprotic polar organic solvent with excellent performance,N,N-dimethylformamide(DMF)is widely used in petrochemical industry,pharmaceutical manufacturing,textile engineering,fine chemicals,polymer synthesis,membrane production and other industries.However,DMF is toxic and has poor biodegradability,making it difficult to remove merely by biological treatment.Catalytic wet air oxidation(CWAO)is an advanced oxidation technology which can be effectively used for DMF wastewater treatment.The recent research progress of CWAO catalysts for wastewater containing DMF is summarized.The pathway of CWAO of DMF is analyzed and the effects of active components,carriers and metal-support interaction of catalysts on treatment of DMF by CWAO are mainly discussed.Furthermore,the challenges and future research directions of CWAO degradation of DMF are also discussed.
