摘 要:免疫层析技术由于具有操作简便、快速、灵敏度和选择性好、操作成本低、无需专业技术人员协助等特点,已广泛应用于生物分析、疾病诊断、药物残留检测及食品安全等领域。重点介绍了免疫层析技术的原理、基于免疫标记材料以及免疫测定模式设计的信号放大策略,综述了该技术在生物医药领域的应用研究进展,并对免疫层析技术未来的发展方向以及在即时检测方面的应用价值进行了展望。Immunochromatographic assay(ICA)has been widely used in biological analysis,disease diagnosis,drug residue detection,food safety and other fields because of its advantages such as simplicity,rapid operation,good sensitivity and selectivity,low cost,and no need for professional technical assistance.In this paper,the principle of ICA,the signal amplification strategy based on immunolabeling materials and immunoassay pattern design are mainly described,the application research progress of ICA in the field of biomedicine is reviewed,and the future development direction of ICA and its application value in point-of-care testing are prospected.
