摘 要:目的应用高密度脑电配合汉语言多特征复合刺激范式探究健听者对汉语言各元素偏差刺激所引发的失匹配负波(mismatch negativity,MMN)特征,探索健听者对汉语言不同元素的感知差异。方法设计并编写汉语言多特征复合刺激范式,采集22例健听者对汉语言声母、韵母、声调、声强和声长偏差刺激所引发的脑电数据,分析MMN波形特征,并对波幅和潜伏期进行统计分析。结果时域分析发现,汉语言的韵母、声母、声强偏差刺激可以引出明显的MMN波形,而音调引出的MMN较弱,声长偏差刺激没有引出明显的MMN。汉语言不同元素偏差刺激引出的MMN潜伏期(P=0.044)及波幅(P<0.001)存在显著差异,韵母(180 ms)偏差刺激引出的MMN潜伏期显著小于声强(224 ms)(P=0.006),声长(-0.004μV)偏差刺激引出的MMN波幅显著小于声强(-1.81μV)(P<0.001)。结论健听者对汉语言不同元素偏差刺激所引发的MMN波形特征存在显著差异,提示对汉语言不同元素的感知过程可能存在不同的神经机制。Objective To investigate the mismatch negativity(MMN)caused by different dimensions of Chinese language using.Methods Chinese language multi-feature paradigm was designed and developed.The EEG data of 22 healthy listeners induced by the deviation of consonant,vowel,tone,intensity and duration in Chinese language were collected.The waveform characteristics of MMN were analyzed and the amplitude and latency parameters were statistically analyzed to explore the differences in their perception of different elements in Chinese language.Results Through the time-domain analysis,it was found that obvious MMN waveforms were elicited by Chinese vowel,consonant and intensity deviation stimuli,while the MMN elicitation of tonal was weak,and no significant MMN elicitation was observed for sound duration.There were significant statistical differences in MMN latency and amplitude of Chinese language elements(P latency=0.044;P amplitude<0.001).A pairwise comparison of the latency and amplitude showed that the latency of vowels was significantly less than the intensity(180 ms vowel vs 224 ms intensity,P=0.006).The amplitude of duration was significantly smaller than sound intensity(-0.04μV duration vs-1.81μV intensity,P<0.001).Conclusion There are significant differences in MMN waveform characteristics caused by different elements of Chinese language in healthy listeners.There may be different neural mechanisms in the perceptual processes of different elements of Chinese language in healthy listeners.
