摘　　要：为了改善西部地方院校计算机人才和人工智能人才分割独立的现有人才培养模式,文章设计了一种计算机与人工智能人才融合培养体系。该体系围绕培养计算机与人工智能复合型人才,以符合经济社会发展人才需求的复合型知识结构为驱动,构建人才培养融合方案、实践教学融合方案、复合型人才培养教学管理制度等人才培养体系的关键措施。在专业知识结构、理论课程体系、实践训练环节、复合型教学管理制度上进行融合优化,实现计算机类专业和人工智能专业本科学生的交叉培养,以期实现跨专业的计算机与人工智能复合型人才培养的目的。In order to improve the current talent training mode of separating computer talents from artificial intelligence talents in local colleges and universities in the west,an integrated training system of computer and artificial intelligence talents is designed in this paper.The system focuses on cultivating computer and artificial intelligence compound talents,driven by a compound knowledge structure that meets the needs of talents for economic and social development.The key measures-integrated talent training programs,integrated practice teaching programs,compound talent training teaching management systems and other personnel training systems-are constructed.The professional knowledge structure,theoretical curriculum system,practical training links and compound teaching management systems are integrated and optimized.The cross cultivation of undergraduate students of computer and artificial intelligence majors are achieved,reaching the goal of cultivating interdisciplinary and compound talents.
