摘  要:水稻对氮肥的高效与合理利用是发展绿色农业的重要保障。培育含有氮高效基因的水稻品种,是提高氮肥利用率最经济有效的途径。本研究开发了一个用于HRM(高分辨率熔解曲线)高通量检测硝酸盐转运蛋白基因NRT1.1B的分子功能标记。利用此标记对78份山东地方水稻品种进行NRT1.1B基因分型,发现有13个水稻品种为含有NRT1.1B的高效单倍型,表明NRT1.1B在山东省水稻品种中分布较少。利用测序分析验证,测序结果与本标记分型结果一致。可见,本研究开发的功能标记能够快速准确鉴定出NRT1.1B基因型,可为筛选和培育氮高效水稻新品种提供有力的技术支撑。The efficient and reasonable utilization of nitrogen fertilizer in rice is an important guarantee for the development of green agriculture.The most economical and effective way to improve the utilization rate of nitrogen fertilizer is breeding rice varieties with nitrogen-efficient genes.In this study,a molecular function-al marker was developed for the high-throughput detection of nitrate transporter gene NTR1.1B with high reso-lution melting curve(HRM).The NRT1.1B genotyping was performed for 78 Shandong local rice varieties,and 13 varieties contained NRT1.1B high-efficient haplotypes,which indicated that NRT1.1B was less distrib-uted in Shandong rice varieties.The sequencing results were consistent with the genotyping results using this marker.These results indicated that the functional marker developed in this study could quickly and accurately identify the genotype of NRT1.1B,which could provide strong technical support for screening and breeding new nitrogen-efficient rice varieties.
