摘 要:本试验以发育至绽口期的牡丹“海黄”和“花王”为材料,在不同浓度硫酸铝配制而成的保鲜液(2%蔗糖+50 mg/L水杨酸+100 mg/L柠檬酸+50 mg/L硫酸铝;2%蔗糖+50 mg/L水杨酸+100 mg/L柠檬酸+200 mg/L硫酸铝)中进行培养,研究瓶插过程中两处理牡丹的水分平衡、可溶性糖含量、细胞膜相对透性等指标的动态变化规律及其对牡丹形态特征、观赏性状的影响。结果表明,保鲜液A和保鲜液B均有利于保持较高的花枝鲜重、延迟水分平衡值达到峰值和恢复至0值的时间,将“海黄”水分平衡值恢复至0值的时间由对照(蒸馏水)的49.5 h分别延迟至92.3 h和87.5 h,“花王”由对照(蒸馏水)的52.4 h分别延迟至171.9 h和127.5 h。保鲜液A和保鲜液B处理明显提高牡丹瓶插期叶片和花瓣可溶性糖含量,并将“海黄”叶片可溶性糖含量达到峰值的时间由对照的72 h均延迟至96 h,“花王”则由对照的24 h分别推迟至72 h(保鲜液A)和48 h(保鲜液B)。保鲜液还有利于减轻对瓶插牡丹组织细胞膜的损伤,明显降低两个切花牡丹品种叶片和花瓣的细胞膜相对透性,最终缩短瓶插牡丹绽口到盛开的时间,延长瓶插寿命,增加最大花径,延迟花径达到最大值的时间,且保鲜液A处理的效果优于保鲜液B。The tree peony varieties High Noon and Huawang developed to the opening stage were used as test materials and were vased in the preservative solutions prepared with different concentrations of aluminum sulfate(A:2%sucrose+50 mg/L salicylic acid+100 mg/L citric acid+50 mg/L aluminum sulfate,B:2%su-crose+50 mg/L salicylic acid+100 mg/L citric acid+200 mg/L aluminum sulfate).The dynamic changes of indicators such as water balance,soluble sugar content and relative permeability of cell membranes,and their effects on the morphological characteristics and ornamental shape of tree peonies in the vase insertion process were studied.The results demonstrated that the A and B preservative solutions were conducive to maintaining higher fresh weight of flower branches,delaying the time of water balance value reaching peak and returning to 0,the time of water balance value returning to 0 was extended from 49.5 h in distilled water to 92.3 h and 87.5 h in High Noon,and from 52.4 h to 171.9 h and 127.5 h in Huawang,respectively.The A and B pre-servative solutions significantly increased the soluble sugar content in tree peony leaves and petals during the bottle placement period,and extended the time of soluble sugar content reachaing peak in leaves of High Noon from 72 h in distilled water to 96 h,while extended that of Huawang from 24 h to 72 h(preservative solutions A)and 48 h(preservative solutions B),respectively.The preservative solution could also reduce the damage to cell membranes of tree poney tissues during mserted in bottles,obviously reduce the relative cell membrane permeability in leaves and petals of the two cut flower varieties,and ultimately shorten the time from opening to blooming of the tree peonies inserted in bottles,extend the life during inserted in bottles,increase the maxi-mum flower diameter,and delay the time of reaching the maximum flower diameter.Moreover,the effect of preservative solution A was better than that of preservative solution B.
