摘 要:为了探究微生物杀虫剂对天敌昆虫小花蝽的安全性,为微生物杀虫剂与小花蝽联合使用防治害虫提供理论依据,本试验在实验室条件下采用浸虫法测定球孢白僵菌(Beauveria bassiana)、金龟子绿僵菌(Metarhizium anisopliae)和苏云金杆菌(Bacillus thuringiensis)对微小花蝽(Orius minuius)、南方小花蝽(Orius similis)、东亚小花蝽(Orius sauteri)的毒力,比较其毒性大小,并比较了田间推荐使用剂量下用药7 d对小花蝽的致死率,评价其安全性。结果表明,球孢白僵菌对东亚小花蝽毒性最小,LC_(50)为2.88×10^(8)CFU/mL;金龟子绿僵菌对微小花蝽毒性最小,LC_(50)为5.20×10^(5)CFU/mL;苏云金杆菌对微小花蝽的毒性最小,LC50为1.24×10^(5)IU/mL。按照国际生物防治组织的评价标准,球孢白僵菌对东亚小花蝽的致死率为25.13%,属于无害,但对其余两种小花蝽轻度有害;金龟子绿僵菌与苏云金杆菌对三种小花蝽均为轻度有害。This study was aimed to explore the safety of microbial insecticides against the natural enemy insect Orius,and provide a theoretical basis for the combined use of microbial insecticides and natural enemy to control pests.The immersion method was adopted under laboratory conditions to determine and compare the virulence of Beauveria bassiana,Metarhizium anisopliae and Bacillus thuringiensis to Orius minuius,Orius si-milis and Orius sauteri.The mortality rate was also compared at the field recommended dose after 7 days of ap-plication to evaluate their safety.The results showed that B.bassiana had the lowest toxicity to O.sauteri with the value of LC_(50)as 2.88×10^(8)CFU/mL,M.anisopliae had the lowest toxicity to O.minuius with the value of LC_(50)as 5.20×10^(5)CFU/mL,and B.thuringiensis had the lowest toxicity to O.minuius with the value of LC50 as 1.24×10^(5)IU/mL.The mortality rate of B.bassiana to O.sauteri was 25.13%,which belonged to harmless level,according to the assessment standard of the International Organization for Biological Control,but it was slightly harmful to the other two Orius species,M.anisopliae and B.thuringiensis were both slightly harmful to all the tested Orius.
