高岭土粉对桔小实蝇的防治作用初探

摘　　要：桔小实蝇是农业生产中重要的农业害虫,防治难度大,寻找新的防治技术对有效防治桔小实蝇有重要意义。本试验探究了高岭土粉对桔小实蝇产卵的影响及触杀效果。结果表明,高岭土粉对桔小实蝇存在驱避效果,桔小实蝇在经高岭土粉处理后寄主表面的停留时间、试探产卵次数均显著低于对照组。将高岭土粉通过浸泡法处理苹果时,桔小实蝇的产卵驱避率可以达到100%。高岭土粉处理组桔小实蝇的存活时间显著低于对照组,具有一定的触杀效果。本研究为今后应用高岭土粉防治桔小实蝇提供了一定依据。Bactrocera dorsalis is one of the most important agricultural pests in agricultural production,which is difficult to control.It is important to find new control techniques for effective control of B.dorsalis.In this paper,the effects of kaolin powder on the oviposition of B.dorsalis and the contact toxicity were investiga-ted.The results showed that kaolin powder had repellent effect on B.dorsalis.The staying time and spawning times of B.dorsalis on the host surface after treated with kaolin powder were significantly lower than those of the control group.The spawning repellent rate of B.dorsalis reached 100%,when the apples was soaked by kaolin power.The survival time of B.dorsalis treated with kaolin power was significantly lower compared with the control,which suggested that kaolin powder had a certain contact toxicity to B.dorsalis.This research pro-vided some bases for the application of kaolin powder to control B.dorsalis.
