摘 要:在石油钻井过程中,井下信息的获取与实时传输对准确评价地层、油藏描述及开发等过程具有重要的意义。井下声波传输方式是井下信息传输的主要方法之一,其利用井下固有的管柱信道作为信息传输的载体,具有传输速率高和适应性好的优点。以有限元方法为基础,利用有限元仿真软件COMSOL建立二维轴对称管柱模型。对周期性管柱信道的声波传输特性(时域和频域)进行分析,研究套管与接箍交界处声阻抗突变、钻井液黏滞阻尼损耗和管柱结构阻尼损耗对声波传输特性的影响规律。结果表明:有限元方法可以获得通阻带交替的梳状滤波器频谱结构;钻井液的黏滞耦合会降低声波信号的能量,且随着声波频率变高,通带内幅值衰减变大;管柱结构阻尼会使得通带内的能量随着声波传输距离增加而降低。开展了周期性管柱信道的声波传输特性现场测试实验,验证了仿真结果具有较高的准确性,可以为声波遥传系统的设计开发奠定基础。In the process of oil drilling,the acquisition and real-time transmission of downhole information is very important for the accurate evaluation of formation,reservoir description and development.The downhole acoustic transmission method is one of the important method of downhole information transmission.It uses the inherent pipe string channel in the well as the carrier of information transmission,and has the advantages of high transmission rate and good adaptability.Based on the finite element method(FEM),this paper firstly builds a two-dimensional axisymmetric pipe string model with the COMSOL software.An analysis about the acoustic transmission characteristics(time and frequency domain) of the periodic pipe string channel are then made.The effects of sudden change of acoustic impedance at the junction of casing and collar,viscous damping loss of drilling fluid and structural damping loss of pipe on acoustic transmission characteristics are studied.During the process,the spectral structure of the comb filter with alternating pass and stop bands is determined using the FEM.For the drilling fluid,it can be found that its viscous coupling with the pipe string would reduce the energy of the acoustic signal,whose amplitude attenuation in the pass band would become stronger as the frequency increases.Besides,the damping of pipe string channel structure would also reduce the energy in the passband as the traveling distance increases.Finally,the evaluation experiment of the acoustic transmission characteristic of the pipe string channels is carried out,which demonstrated the correctness of the simulation results.These research results would further lay a foundation for the design and development of the acoustic remote transmission system.
