摘　　要：随钻电磁波电阻率测井在海上油气勘探开发过程中应用越来越普遍,电阻率测井响应的“极化”现象时有发生,一般认为电阻率“极化”现象常出现于大斜度井及水平井邻近地层界面附近,但是东海地区近年来的几口直井同样出现了类似于“极化”现象的异常响应,给地层评价及后续作业带来了极大的困难。通过正演模拟对随钻电磁波电阻率测井仪器穿过高对比度薄夹层时接收线圈信号变化的特征进行研究,发现当仪器穿过高对比度的薄夹层时,曲线半幅点位置会发生明显偏移。利用相关对比法计算过层界面信号半幅点与界面位置偏移量,对信号进行偏移校正,消除了电阻率的异常响应,对提高随钻电磁波电阻率测井曲线质量、消除非地层电性变化产生的电阻率异常具有重要的意义。The logging while drilling(LWD) resistivity response of “polarization” occurs frequently,it is generally believed that often appears in high angle wells and horizontal wells near formation interface.But it also appeared in vertical wells in the East China Sea region in recent years.This brings great trouble to the formation evaluation and follow-up operation.In this paper,the characteristics of the receiver coil signal variation when the LWD resistivity tool passes through a high-contrast thin interlayer are investigated by forward modeling.It is found that when the tool passes through a high-contrast thin interlayer,the position of the half-amplitude point of the curve will shift obviously.The offset between the half-amplitude point and the interface position is calculated by the correlation comparison method,and the offset correction is carried out to eliminate the abnormal resistivity response.It is of great significance to improve the quality of LWD resistivity and eliminate resistivity anomalies caused by nonelectrical factors.
