摘  要:流体流动规律的差异使得常规产出剖面测井资料解释模型不能准确预测水平井各相流体的真实流量。结合计算流体动力学数值模拟技术,研究了入口参数对油水各相分布和速度分布的影响规律,分析了流动特征参数之间的关系。建立了下倾管油水两相流各相流体速度预测方法,形成水平井下倾段测井资料解释模型,并结合实测井资料对模型进行验证。研究表明:(1)下倾管中油水两相以分层流动为主,随下倾角度和入口含水率的增大,流体流型逐渐向界面混杂分层流和水包油-油包水流型过渡;(2)油相滞留特征随入口含水率和流管下倾角度的增大而增强,当下倾角度大于10°,入口含水率大于0.8时,油相出现回流特征;(3)下倾管漂流模型相分布系数和漂流速度受流管倾斜角度的影响,建立了带有流管倾角校正的各相流体速度预测模型,实测井资料验证结果表明新建模型具有较高的预测精度。研究对水平井生产动态监测技术和测井资料解释方法的研究有一定的借鉴意义。The difference of flow characteristics makes the conventional production logging interpretation model unable to accurately predict the true flowrate of each phase in horizontal wells.Combined with the computational fluid dynamics simulation technology,the effects of input parameters on the flow characteristics of phase distribution and velocity distribution of oil-water two-phase flow in large diameter deviated pipes are studied.Furthermore,the relationship of characteristic flow parameters is analyzed.As well as,the interpretative model for production logging data of oil-water two-phase flow in slight deviated pipe is established,and the model is verified with the logging data of a horizontal wells.The results shown that:(1) The flow pattern of oil-water two-phase in a slightly downward pipe is mainly stratified flow,and with the increasing of inclination angle and inlet water content,the flow pattern gradually transitions to mixed interface flow and oil in water oil flow;(2) The retention characteristics of oil phase increase with the increase of inlet water content and downward inclination angle of flow pipe;and the oil phase will be backflow when the downward inclination is greater than 10 ° and the input water is larger than 0.8;(3) The coefficient of phase distribution and drift velocity are affected by the inclination angle of the flow pipe.A predictive model for fluid velocity of each phase with the correction of the inclination angle is established.And the verification results of the well data show that the new model has a high prediction accuracy.The research enriches the theory of multiphase flow and has certain reference significance for the research of production performance monitoring technology and logging data interpretation method of horizontal wells.
