摘　　要：本文主要介绍了在多工位环保塑料热成型机上应用汇川AM600系列PLC系统,通过工业现场总线EtherCAT,与伺服放大器IS620N连接驱动伺服电机。采用模块化编程,通过虚拟主轴,其它实轴为从轴,依次实现送片、成型、剪切、堆叠等各道工位,并根据模具的不同,生产出各种食品包装产品。该设备整机自动化水平高,系统运行稳定。This paper mainly introduces the application of Huichuan AM600 series PLC system in multistation environmental protection plastic thermoforming machine,through the industrial fieldbus EtherCAT,and servo amplifier IS620N connected to drive servo motors.Using modular programming,through the virtual spindle,the other real axis as the slave axis,in order to achieve the sheet feeding,molding,shearing,stacking and other work stations.And according to the different molds,it produces various food packaging products.The whole machine has high automation level and stable system operation.
