摘　　要：新型高效胎体供料架实现了电摩车胎成型机成型胎体时对内衬层或气密层、一层帘布、二层帘布以及缓冲层或带束层的全自动、高质量的供料。解决了目前市场上的胎体供料架存在的效率低,工作强度大,不易操作,产量低,贴合精度低,设备成本高,故障点多,停机时间长等缺点。具有高效率,功能全面,易操作,贴合精度高,成本投入少,连续不停机生产的特点。提高了电摩成型机的整机性能,受到了广大轮胎生产厂商的青睐,满足了市场需求。The new type of high efficient carcass feeder realizes fully automatic and high quality feeding of inner liner or airtight ply,one ply cord fabric,two ply cord fabric and cushion ply or belt bundle ply when forming carcass of electric motorcycle tire molding machine.It solves the shortcomings such as low efficiency,high work intensity,difficult operation,low output,low laminating precision,high cost of equipment,many faults,long downtime and so on,which exist in the current market of the tire body feeding frame.It is characterized by high efficiency,comprehensive functions,easy operation,high laminating precision,low cost investment and continuous non-stopping.It improves the whole machine performance of electric motorcycle molding machine,which is favored by the majority of tire manufacturers and meets the market demand.
