摘  要:烤烟品种需水量大,但不能长时间淹水。以主栽品种为对照,采用盆栽套盆试验设置正常供水和淹水处理,分析不同淹水时间对各品种光合速率、干物质积累量、POD活性、MDA含量及SPAD等的影响,采用耐涝指数法综合评价新品种的耐涝性,旨在为新品种推广提供理论依据和数据支持。结果表明,各品种在淹水条件下,均表现为SPAD值减少,光合速率降低,根系和地上部鲜质量和干物质积累量减少,MDA含量和POD活性增加,且随淹水时间延长,各指标受影响程度增加。从耐涝指数来看,轻度淹水胁迫条件下,耐涝指数在0.75~0.82,中烟100和豫浓香201耐涝性最强,云烟87耐涝性最差;中度淹水胁迫条件下,耐涝指数在0.61~0.63,各品种差异较小,以NC89耐涝性最强;重度淹水胁迫条件下,耐涝指数在0.50~0.58,NC89耐涝性最强,其次是豫浓香201,河洛1号和中烟100耐涝性相当,渠首1号和云烟87耐涝性相当。综合轻度、中度和重度淹水表现,NC89耐涝性最强,其次依次是豫浓香201、中烟100、河洛1号和渠首1号,云烟87耐涝性最差。Flue-cured tobacco varieties require large amount of water,but it cannot be flooded for a long time.In this study,main flue-cured tobacco varieties were used as the control,and the potted set was used to set up normal water supply and flooding treatment.The effects of different waterlogging time on photosynthetic rate,dry matter accumulation,POD enzyme activity,MDA content,and SPAD of each variety were analyzed,and the waterlogging tolerance of the new varieties was comprehensively evaluated by the waterlogging index method to provide theoretical basis and data support for the promotion of new tobacco varieties.The results showed that under waterlogging conditions,the SPAD value and photosynthetic rate of all varieties were both decreased;root and shoot fresh weight and dry matter accumulation reduced,while the MDA content and POD enzyme activity were both increased.With the extension of flooding time,the impact degree of each index increased.Comparing the waterlogging tolerance index of the tested varieties,the waterlogging tolerance index was between 0.75 and 0.82 under mild waterlogging.The waterlogging tolerance of Zhongyan 100 and Yunongxiang 201 was the strongest,while the waterlogging tolerance of Yunyan 87 was the worst.The waterlogging tolerance index was between 0.61 and 0.63 under moderate waterlogging,there was small difference among the varieties.NC89 had the strongest waterlogging tolerance.The waterlogging tolerance index was between 0.50 and 0.58 under severe waterlogging.NC89 had the strongest waterlogging tolerance,followed by Yunongxiang 201,Heluo l and Zhongyan 100 had the same waterlogging tolerance,and Qushou 1 and Yunyan 87 had the same waterlogging tolerance.In conclusion,according to the waterlogging tolerance of the varieties under mild,moderate,and severe waterlogging,NC89 had the strongest waterlogging tolerance,followed by Yunongxiang 201,Zhongyan 100,Heluo 1,and Qushou 1.The waterlogging tolerance of Yunyan 87 was the lowest.
