摘 要:目的探究冠心病患者血浆可溶性凝集素样氧化低密度脂蛋白受体-1(sLOX-1)、血栓前状态分子水平与冠状动脉狭窄程度的关系。方法选取2020年9月—2022年9月收治的86例冠心病为观察组,纳入同期冠状动脉造影正常的非心血管疾病35例为对照组。比较2组一般资料、血浆sLOX-1及血栓前状态分子[血管性血友病因子(vWF)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)、D-二聚体(D-D)、血栓前体蛋白(TpP)]水平,并分析血浆sLOX-1及血栓前状态分子与冠状动脉狭窄程度的相关性。结果观察组总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)均高于对照组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)低于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组血浆sLOX-1和vWF、FIB、D-D、TpP水平均高于对照组(P<0.01)。TC、TG、LDL-C均随冠状动脉狭窄程度升高逐渐升高,HDL-C随冠状动脉狭窄程度升高逐渐降低(P<0.05);Gensini积分、血浆sLOX-1和vWF、FIB、D-D、TpP水平均随冠状动脉病情加重而升高(P<0.05)。血浆sLOX-1及vWF、FIB、D-D、TpP水平均与Gensini积分呈正相关(r=0.876、0.830、0.585、0.852、0.423,P<0.05)。结论冠心病患者血浆sLOX-1及血栓前状态分子水平较高,与冠状动脉狭窄程度呈正相关,可评价冠心病冠状动脉狭窄程度。Objective To explore the relationship between plasma soluble lectin like oxidized low density lipoprotein receptor-1(sLOX-1),prethrombotic state molecular level and the degree of coronary artery stenosis in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods A total of 86 patients with CHD admitted from September 2020 to September 2022 were selected as the observation group,and 35 patients without cardiovascular disease and with normal result of coronary angiography during the same period were included as the control group.General data,plasma sLOX-1,and prethrombotic state molecules[von Willebrand factor(vWF),fibrinogen(FIB),D-dimer(D-D),and prethrombotic precursor protein(TpP)]of the two groups were compared,and the correlation between plasma sLOX-1,prethrombotic state molecules and the degree of coronary artery stenosis was analyzed.Results Total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG)and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)in observation group were higher than those in control group,while high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)was lower than that in control group(P<0.01).The levels of plasma sLOX-1,vWF,FIB,D-D and TpP in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.01).TC,TG and LDL-C were all increased gradually with the increase in the degree of coronary artery stenosis,while HDL-C was decreased gradually with the increase in the degree of coronary artery stenosis(P<0.05).Gensini score,plasma sLOX-1,vWF,FIB,D-D and TpP levels were increased with the aggravation of CAD(P<0.05).Plasma sLOX-1,and vWF,FIB,D-D and TpP levels were positively correlated with Gensini scores(r=0.876,0.830,0.585,0.852,0.423,P<0.05).Conclusion The high levels of plasma sLOX-1 and prethrombotic state molecules in CHD patients were positively correlated with the degree of coronary artery stenosis,which,therefore,could be used to evaluate the degree of coronary artery stenosis.
