摘 要:为了促进酸性集料在道路工程中的资源化利用,选择典型的酸性花岗岩石料制备沥青混合料,通过冻融劈裂及汉堡车辙试验,分析粉尘质量分数、空隙率、沥青用量和拌和工艺等因素对花岗岩沥青混合料水稳性能的影响。结果表明,随着粉尘质量分数的增加,花岗岩沥青混合料水稳定性能衰减严重,当粉尘质量分数由4.6%提高到17.6%,剥落拐点降低了36%。花岗岩沥青混合料密实状态显著影响水稳定性,当空隙率减小2.2%,冻融劈裂强度比提高了约20%;与油石比3.9%相比,最佳油石比4.2%的沥青混合料剥落拐点有大幅提升。采用先将粗细集料与沥青拌和再加入矿粉的方式,花岗岩沥青混合料的空隙率较低,具有良好的水稳定性。在施工过程中需要严格控制集料的粉尘含量,通过组成设计和拌和工艺优化来提高花岗岩沥青混合料的水稳定性。To promote the resource utilization of acid aggregate in road engineering,typical acid granite aggregates were used to prepare granite asphalt mixture.Through freeze-thaw splitting and Hamburg wheel tracking test,the effects of several factors on the water stability of granite asphalt mixture were analyzed,such as dust content,porosity,asphalt content and mixing process.The results show that with the increase of dust content,the water stability of granite asphalt mixture goes seriously bad.When the dust content increases from 4.6%to 17.6%,the stripping inflection point decreases by 36%.The compactness of granite asphalt mixture significantly affects the water stability.When the porosity decreases by 2.2%,the freeze-thaw splitting strength ratio increases by about 20%.Compared with the asphalt-aggregate ratio of 3.9%,the stripping inflection point of the asphalt mixture with the optimal asphalt-aggregate ratio of 4.2%is greatly improved.By mixing the coarse and fine aggregates with asphalt first,and then adding mineral powder,the porosity of granite asphalt mixture is low and it has good water stability.Therefore,the dust content of the aggregate needs to be strictly controlled during the construction process,and the water stability of the granite asphalt mixture can be improved by optimizing the composition design and mixing process.
