摘 要:为了解决拜耳法赤泥颗粒细小,在使用电弧炉碳热熔融还原直接制备低合金铸铁的综合利用过程中不宜直接入炉的问题,提出采用圆盘造球法和对辊压球法制备拜耳法赤泥冷固球团的预处理方法,比较分析2种冷固球团的成球性和生球强度。研究结果表明:圆盘造球和对辊压球均可通过合适的工艺条件制备满足试验生产要求的冷固球团,但从工艺适应性来看,采用圆盘造球法较好;当圆盘造球喷水位置设置在球团路径与粉料路径之间,造球水添加量为20%,焦粉添加量为5%时,所制备的冷固球团的成球率为60.4%,成品球尺寸合格率为56.3%,生球抗压强度为15.9 N,落下强度为9.0次/(0.5 m)。Aiming at the problem that in the process of direct preparation of low alloy cast iron from Bayer red mud by carbothermal smelting reduction,it was difficult to directly add Bayer red mud into the furnace for its small size,ball-making and roll-pressing for cold solid pellets of Bayer red mud were studied.Based on the two cold solid pellets of Bayer red mud,the pelletization and strength were analyzed.The experimental results show that the cold solid pellets that meet the requirements of experimental production can be prepared through suitable process conditions for ball-making and roll-pressing,while compared with the process adaptability,the ball-making is better.When the spray position of the ball-making is set between the pellet path and the powder path,the moisture is 20%and the addition of coke powder is 5%,the pelletizing rate of the cold solid pellet is 60.4%,the size qualified rate is 56.3%,the compressive strength is 15.9 N,and the drop strength was 9.0 times(0.5 m)-1,respectively.
